At MyShopiva, customer satisfaction is our priority. We operate on a dropshipping model, which means products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, intimate items, and customized products are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Returns will only be accepted after approval from our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear images or an unboxing video as proof to process the request.
  • Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the return/refund request.

Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders may require order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Orders that are refused, unaccepted, or returned without valid reason may result in COD restrictions on future orders.
  • MyShopiva reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated order refusals or suspicious activity.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of the customer
  • Product damage caused after delivery
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
